You will receive an email confirming the pickup with the bill of lading and pallet label prior to the carrier arriving. In most cases, our carrier will pick up the pallets within 3 business days. If the carrier does not make the pick up on the scheduled date, please contact us immediately at palletpickup@cloverenvironmental.com or 1-800-711-2673.
